The Maccabees announce special guests joining them at All Points East reunion show

The Maccabees have announced the second wave of acts joining them for their reunion show at All Points East festival in London, where they’ll take to the stage in Victoria Park on Sunday 24th August, much to the delight of patient fans. Today, APE has announced a host of other special guests joining them at the event, including CMAT, Black Country, New Road, Everything Everything, Sorry and Katy J Pearson.

The newly announced acts will join the previously revealed line up comprising Bombay Bicycle Club, Dry Cleaning, The Cribs, Nilüfer Yanya, The Murder Capital, Divorce and Prima Queen. Other freshly announced artists include Youth Lagoon, TTSSFU, Max Baby and The Juice. With more acts still to be revealed, the day is set to be a very special one!

The news comes shortly after The Maccabees announced an intimate show in aid of the The MS Society. The band will play The Dome in Tufnell Park on Friday 20th June, ahead of setting off on their UK and European tour.

“It’s going to be a special night,” said guitarist Felix White. “This show means a lot to us as MS is a cause close to our hearts. When we knew the band was getting back together, we really wanted to do something again to support the MS Society.”
