The Postal Service Announce New Live Dates
The reunited duo will be performing across North America this summer.
It seems just five minutes ago that talk of a Postal Service reunion was just rumours. Then came the announcements.
This April will see a reissue of the pair’s only album, 2003’s ‘Give Up’, which sees the original tracks paired with the requisite rarities - and two brand new recordings, ‘A Tattered Line Of String’ (which was posted online last week) and ‘Turn Around’.
If that wasn’t enough, Ben and Jimmy also confirmed a few live dates. Not only would they appear at April’s Coachella festival, but they’d even be coming to the UK, playing two nights at Brixton Academy in London, in addition to one at Manchester’s Academy 2.
Today, they’ve expanded their live commitments somewhat, including a string of North American tour dates between those festival slots, which also include Primavera Sound in Spain, and Sasquatch! back in the US.
