The Vaccines share ‘Minimal Affection’
Watch a video for the latest song to be lifted from ‘English Graffiti’.
The Vaccines’ space travel obsession continues, as they reach new heights in anticipation of third LP ‘English Graffiti’.
They’ve unveiled new song ‘Minimal Affection’, the third to be taken from the group’s forthcoming album. It links up with ‘Handsome’ and ‘Dream Lover’ in being taken from the record, out 25th May.
Justin Young of The Vaccines says the new song is about “the difficulty I think our generation faces, over any before us, in finding people we truly connect with, whilst on the other hand being more connected than ever before.”
The track “started life way more dreamy and melodic but turned out pretty synthetic and chopped, as to fall in line with the aesthetic of the rest of the record,” he says.
