Thom Green of Alt-J remixes Wolf Alice’s ‘Moaning Lisa Smile’

The drummer and serial remixer turns the scuzzy original on its head.

Alt-J drummer and serial producer Thom Green has remixed Wolf Alice’s ‘Moaning Lisa Smile’.

Turning the scuzzy rock giant of an original totally on its head, Green covers his remix with hoarse coughs, squelching synths, and glitching, jittery vocal splices.

It’s not the first time that Thom Green’s put his hand to remixing. He was previously approached by Miley Cyrus to remix ‘4x4’ from her album ‘Bangerz,’ and subsequently her line “I’m a female rebel,” appeared as a vocal sample of Alt-J’s ‘Hunger of the Pine’.
