Mackenzie Scott aka TORRES has announced details of her second album, ‘Sprinter’.

Out 18th May on Partisan Records, it was recorded in Dorset, England and at Portishead member Adrian Utley’s Bristol studio. It also marks the first time Robert Ellis and Ian Olliver have played together since working on PJ Harvey’s ‘Dry’.

The record’s being led by ‘Strange Hellos’, a blow-your-socks-off introduction that ranges from hard-hitting musings on disease to near-mutant screams, an enraged new take on Mackenzie’s delivery.

Dubbed to be equal parts political and satirical, see ‘Sprinter’’s tracklist above the player. Pre-order here.

1. Strange Hellos
2. New Skin
3. Son, You Are No Island
4. A Proper Polish Welcome
5. Sprinter
6. Cowboy Guilt
7. Ferris Wheel
8. The Harshest Light
9. The Exchange
