Truck 2012 - supported by DIY - have announced a whole new wave of acts, including the likes of Tim Minchin, Frightened Rabbit and Future Of The Left.

Other artists confirmed today include Turbowolf, Man Like Me, Black Hats, Dubwiser, Spring Offensive, Flights Of Helios, Crash Of Rhinos, John J Presley, The Last Republic, The Hi & Lo, Trevor Moss & Hannah-Lou, The Dreaming Spires and Delta Alaska.

These acts join The Temper Trap, British Sea Power, Mystery Jets, Villagers, 65daysofstatic, The Low Anthem, Guillemots, Three Trapped Tigers, King Charles, Get Cape Wear Cape Fly and Little Comets, who have already been announced.

Truck organiser Ralph Broadbent comments: ‘I think this line-up captures the spirit of Truck over the last 15 years - everything that’s great about music all in one place, with some of the most creative and independent acts out there, and at £69 for the weekend, it’s really affordable!’

We also caught up with Ralph for a bit more of an in-depth chat; read our interview with him here.

The event will take place from 20th - 21st July, at Hill Farm, Steventon. Early Bird tickets have sold out but Weekend tickets are on sale now. For more information, visit truckfestival.com. We’ve put together a playlist of some of the bands you can see below. Enjoy!
