If you’ve been following Vampire Weekend frontman Ezra Koenig on social media recently, you’ll have noticed a certain obsession.

Jokerman is, according to its Wikipedia page, a typeface created in 1995 “mostly used for humour and vitality”.

Ezra even interviewed the typeface’s designer, Andrew K Smith, on his latest Time Crisis episode.

Vampire Weekend should be releasing the follow-up to 2013’s epic ‘Modern Vampires of the City’ in 2019.
