Watch footage from Darkside’s final show

Nicolas Jaar and Dave Harrington are stopping the ascent of their Darkside project short, to concentrate on their own music.

Last month they announced that the project was “coming to an end, for now,” with the confirmation following a heavy summer schedule of touring. On Friday 12th, they played their final show for the time being at Brooklyn’s Masonic Temple, and footage of the gig has emerged below.

Jaar gave a speech to fans, thanking everybody involved in the project, before they ran out with their final song.

This month, Jaar’s own Other People imprint will release a compilation called ‘WORK’, which features two new (final) Darkside songs.
