Exclusive: Frankie & The Heartstrings Premiere ‘That Postcard’ Video, Tour & More
The first look anywhere of Frankie & The Heartstrings new video for ‘That Postcard’.

DIY HQ are big fans of Frankie & The Heartstrings, so we’re pleased as Fanta fruit twist (who drinks punch anyway - Ed) to bring you the first look anywhere of their new video to ‘That Postcard’, plus a whole menagerie of Heartstrings-tastic news.
It’s hardly surprising that the theme of said video heavily features postcards, but combined with the retro-photo-story style melodrama and typical knowing wink, it’s nothing less than endearing. You can check it out above, or in our video section here.
The digital only single itself is released on May 9th via PopSex Ltd / Wichita Recordings, featuring producer Edwyn Collins on backing vocals. The b-side is a cover of Collins’ ‘Searching For The Truth’, which features on his recent album ‘Home Again’.
