Bringing booty back
Watch Jamie T cover Meghan Trainor’s ‘All About That Bass’ for Radio 1
He ain’t no size two - catch Jamie T’s Live Lounge session now.
And the winner of 2015’s most surreal Live Lounge cover is… Jamie T took to Radio 1’s studios this afternoon to perform a version of Meghan Trainor’s ‘All About That Bass’. He’s bringing booty back. Didn’t you get the memo?
A ska-nodding edit of last year’s chart-topper, few things come better than Jamie T singing “you know it’s pretty clear / I ain’t no size two / but I can shake it, shake it / like I’m supposed to do.” Outstanding.
Jamie T’s ‘Magnolia Melancholia’ EP is out 6th April on Virgin EMI. It’s led by album track ‘Don’t You Find’. Catch him this summer at Reading & Leeds (28th-30th August).
