Watch Ryan Adams perform ‘Gimme Something Good’ on Letterman
Ryan’s new solo album is out now, preceding a run of UK dates this September.
Last night saw Ryan Adams and his full band enjoying a rendition of ‘Gimme Something Good’ on The Late Show with David Letterman.
The track’s taken from Adams’ self-titled album, out now on Pax-Am / Columbia. DIY’s three star review says that “while there are no real lows on the album, the highs are equally not of the sky-scraping variety, ‘Let Go’ ending the album on a quiet if easily forgettable note.” ‘Gimme Something Good’, however, mimics the “catchy Adams of old.”
Ryan Adams is set to play the following UK dates this September:
SEPTEMBER
19 London, Shepherds Bush Empire
24 Manchester, Albert Hall
25 Glasgow, Royal Concert Hall
Watch Ryan Adams’ ‘Gimme Something Good’ performance on Letterman, topped with a “little bit more” encore.
