On the telly
Watch St Vincent play two tracks on Colbert
She brought ‘Los Ageless’ and ‘New York’ to American telly.

Well then, there’s not long until St Vincent releases her new album ‘MASSEDUCTION’ (literally just a week and a day to go!) and she’s already shared two tracks: ‘New York’ and ‘Los Ageless’.
She played both on American telly, bringing the tunes to ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’. For ‘New York’ she combined the kitsch and colourful aesthetic of its video with a jazz-club vibe. And for web exclusive ‘Los Ageless’, well, Colbert had this to offer: “one of Stephen’s very favorite singer-songwriters collaborates with three pairs of boots”. They’re not wrong, but there was a bit of a ‘Twin Peaks’ Black Lodge feel going on too. No plastic surgery though. That might have been a bit dangerous live.
St Vincent is also the cover star of the October issue of DIY, which is out tomorrow! Find out what’s inside here.
As part of the ‘Fear The Future Tour’, St. Vincent will be playing a trio of shows in the UK and Ireland this month, heading to London, Manchester and Dublin. Tickets are on sale now.
