Watch: SZA Airs New ‘Ice Moon’ Video
St. Louis-born newcomer shuns health and safety warnings and takes to the woods.
Bringing balloons and an oversized American football jersey to the forest isn’t a typical day-to-day activity. It’s also not something to do without a friend. This is SZA, though. Give her a lofty task and she’ll go for it, no hesitation, no questions asked.
Newly signed to Kendrick Lamar’s TDE, a debut full-length is due in 2014. This video for ‘slightly older’ track ‘Ice Moon’ involves this balloons-in-the-forest gauntlet, with the St. Louis-born newcomer ignoring safety hazards and freeing her mind in the presence of nature.
