We Are The Ocean reveal new track ‘Holy Fire’

The band’s new single gets released on 25th May.

Ahead of the release of their new album ‘Ark’, We Are The Ocean have unveiled another new track, ‘Holy Fire’.

The band’s latest single follows on from their previous efforts ‘Do It Together’ and the album’s title track ‘ARK’, and was debuted on BBC Radio last night (16th April) by Huw Stephens.

The track’s due for its own release on 25th May, two weeks after the album lands on 11th May.

“’Holy Fire’ came about towards the end of our two months in the studio,” the band’s Liam Cromby has said in a press release about the track, “recording the album last summer. Inspired by the film ‘Into The Wild’ we felt like we were about to embark on our own exciting journey. I love the way the strings weave around the lyrics. They make the song really epic.”
