Yeasayer Cancel UK Live Appearances

Yeasayer have announced that they are cancelling their forthcoming UK live appearances.

The band have pulled out of the shows due to “family reasons” as cited on their Twitter, with the following message: “We are all okay + thank u 4 your patience!”

The news follows - as pointed out by Pitchfork - a much happier announcement, that came in the form of, “We’d like to congratulate Anand Wilder + his wife Jo on giving birth to their beautiful new baby girl on Sat.!!! Show news soon.”

The UK and European shows that are affected by the cancellations are as follows. Refunds can be received from point of purchase.

The band released their third effort ‘Fragrant World’ - the follow-up to 2010’s ‘Odd Blood’ - on the 21st August through Secretly Canadian.
