Young Hines Premieres Video For ‘Rainy Day’

Songwriter Young Hines premieres his new video for ‘Rainy Day’.

Out of the blue, Atlanta songwriter Young Hines received an email from Raconteurs’ co-founder Brendan Benson. Not long after that, Benson had signed him to his new label Readymade Records.

Taking Young Hines on as very much his protege, the result of this musical relationship comes in the form of Hines’ new album ‘Give Me My Change’, which Benson produced himself at the all-analogue ‘Welcome To 1979’ studios in Nashville.

The first single from the album is the power pop acoustic infused ‘Rainy Day’. the music video can be seen above. The song can also be downloaded for free via Soundcloud.

Young Hines is set to open on Brendan Benson’s May tour. The dates are as followed:

MAY
21 Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms
22 London Scala
23 Manchester Ruby Lounge
24 Dublin The Button Factory
25 Glasgow Oran Mor

‘Give Me My Change’ is to be released in May as a collaboration between Benson’s Readymade Records and UK indie label Lojinx.
