Yung share new single ‘Blanket’
Upcoming release follows Danish group’s debut EP, ‘Alter’.
Danish group Yung have shared details of a new single, titled ‘Blanket’.
Following the release of their debut EP ‘Alter’ on Tough Love in March, the Aarhus-based quartet will release ‘Blanket’ on 24th July, backed by b-side ‘Burning Bodies’.
‘Blanket’, finds the group treading the same ground as their previous work, but this time, the energy and pace is frighteningly faster. A leap of faith in the direction of uncertainty and insecurity, Yung run from beaches and forests in search of cures for boredom that only the young can find.
Yung will perform at this year’s The Great Escape Festival, as well as playing a debut headline show at London’s The Stags Head this month. Catch them on the following dates:
MAY
15 Brighton, The Great Escape Festival
16 Brighton, The Great Escape Festival
19 London, The Stags Head
JUNE
03 Roskilde (DK), Roskilde Festival
