Zachary Cole Smith And Sky Ferreira Arrested In New York

is reporting that Zachary Cole Smith of DIIV and Sky Ferreira were arrested last night in New York by Saugerties police.

The DIIV frontman was arrested on counts of ‘criminal possession of a controlled substance’, ‘possession of stolen property’ and ‘aggravated unlicensed driving’. He was also caught with an unregistered motor vehicle.

Sky Ferreira was arrested for possession of a ‘controlled substance (ecstasy) and resisting arrest’.

‘Officers found a plastic bag containing 42 decks of heroin’ on Cole, according to the report.
