Eventually....
New Tame Impala track ‘Eventually’ surfaces online
The fourth track from new album ‘Currents’ is online in full after a snippet emerged yesterday.

A new Tame Impala track titled ‘Eventually’ has surfaced online, after a preview clip and purchase link were discovered on iTunes’ New Zealand and Australia region earlier today (7th May).
‘Eventually’ is the fourth preview of the Australian group’s upcoming third album, ‘Currents’, which also includes lead single ‘Let It Happen’, and ‘Cause I’m A Man’, and ‘Disciples’. On the tender new track, Kevin Parker serenades with sweet promises; projecting his hopes of happiness and desire in a world of sunny mellotron and steady percussion.
UPDATE: The band have now confirmed that ‘Currents’ will be released worldwide on 17th July via Fiction Records.
As reported last week, a link to a page on the Japanese iTunes store and an accompanying screenshot sparked rumours on Reddit, with some fans translating the preview page into the album’s unannounced details. If the details posted on the Japanese iTunes store are to be believed, then Tame Impala will release ‘Currents’ on 18th July, and it will feature the following tracks:
1. ‘Let It Happen’
2. ‘Nangs’
3. ‘The Moment’
4. ‘Yes I’m Changing’
5. ‘Eventually’
6. ‘Gossip’
7. ‘The Less I Know The Better’
8. ‘Past Life’
9. ‘Disciples’
10. ‘Cause I’m A Man’
11. ‘Reality In Motion’
12. ‘Love/Paranoia’
13. ‘New Person, Same Old Mistakes’
