Cate Le Bon and Tim Presley form new project DRINKS, share ‘Hermits On Holiday’
It’s the title-track from the duo’s newly announced album, out in August.

Beady-eyed White Fence fans might’ve noticed Cate Le Bon playing in Tim Presley’s band last autumn, and now the two have paired up for a collaborative project, DRINKS. Newly signed to Heavenly Recordings, they’ll release their debut album ‘Hermits On Holiday’ on 21st August.
DRINKS have also shared the album title track. ‘Hermits On Holiday’ is a silly, jaunty affair, filled with randomly plucked feeding times, and a peculiar (and incredibly catchy) chorus of “hermits on the run, hermits on holiday, hermits on hiatus”.
DRINKS are also set to play a string of UK shows in September. The dates are as follows:
SEP
05 Larmer Tree Gardens, End Of The Road
06 Portmeirion, Festival No.6
08 Glasgow, CCA
09 Manchester, Soup Kitchen
10 London, Lexington
11 Brighton, The Hope
12 London, On Blackheath
