Maggie Rogers shares “parting gift” ‘Split Stones’, hinting at a break
“here’s to the end of the beginning and the start of everything else”
After touring the world relentlessly across 2017, Maggie Rogers has shared new single ‘Split Stones’, and hinted that it could be her last for a while.
“My EP told you everything I felt during my last semester of college,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “It’s time for me to tell you the story of everything that’s happened since.”
She goes on to thank fans for helping her realise her dream, touring her EP ‘Now That The Light Is Fading’ at some of the biggest festivals on the planet so far this year.
“‘Split Stones’ is a parting gift,” she finishes. “This is me saying goodbye for a little while. Here’s to the end of the beginning and the start of everything else.”
