St. Vincent, Neneh Cherry and Alison Goldfrapp to curate BBC 6 Music’s Christmas schedule
“The Three Wise Women” will host exclusive shows across the Xmas break.

BBC Radio 6 Music has invited St. Vincent, Neneh Cherry and Alison Goldfrapp to curate its Christmas programming this year.
Billed “The Three Wise Women”, all three artists will be curating special exclusive shows across Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Annie Clark is responsible for airing archive documentaries on Kate Bush’s ‘Hounds of Love’ and Nirvana’s ‘Nevermind’. She’ll also play archive BBC sessions from Nick Cave, PJ Harvey and Stereolab, as well as choosing her track of 2014 and album of the day (from J Dilla).
Neneh Cherry is at the desk on Christmas Day. She’ll air documentaries about the origins of hip-hop (“Looking for the Perfect Beat”) and “Way Out West: The Bristol Underground Story.”
Boxing Day sees Goldfrapp playing David Lynch’s “First Time”, as well as playing a Kate Bush interview from 2005, plus sessions from Radiohead, Air and Leonard Cohen.
