Four Tet gives new album progress report
“Side 1 is done,” he tells fans on Twitter.
Kieran Hebden aka Four Tet has given an update on his new album, the follow-up to 2013’s ‘Beautiful Rewind’.
Taking to Twitter, the producer said he “started last summer” on new material. “Side 1 is done”, he added, confirming to another fan that the record will be separated into 2 sides, just like with the last full-length.
Outside the new material, Hebden recently collaborated with Emanative on a cover of Don Cherry and Ed Blackwell’s ‘Makondi’.
His next confirmed date is at Newcastle’s The Boiler Shop for BBC 6 Music Festival Late, alongside Jamie xx, Mary Anne Hobbs and Gilles Peterson.
