This past weekend, Run The Jewels member Killer Mike was invited by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to deliver a lecture, titled ‘Race Relations in the U.S.’
During the two-and-a-half hour discussion, Killer Mike highlighted issues with cultural appropriation, race relations in the music industry, as well as calling for more minority-owned record labels to challenge the majors. HITPmusic.com documented some of Killer Mike’s lecture, which is available to watch below.
