Disclosure score second #1 album with ‘Caracal’

Disclosure have scored their second #1 album with ‘Caracal’ going straight to the top of the Official Albums Chart.

Brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence’s first work, ‘Settle’, also went straight to the top back in 2013. Their latest album enlists Lorde, Sam Smith, The Weeknd, Miguel and plenty other special guests.

This month’s DIY cover stars Chvrches also have a high new entry. Their second album ‘Every Open Eye’ is at #4. New Order (#2 with ‘Music Complete’), David Gilmour (#3 with ‘Rattle That Lock’) and Jess Glynne complete the top five.

Other new entries include The Dead Weather’s ‘Dodge and Burn’ (#21), Kurt Vile’s ‘B’lieve I’m Goin Down’ (#25) and Julia Holter’s ‘Have You In My Wilderness’ (#29).
