Real Estate have finished recording their new album
Group’s first without Matt Mondanile is in its mixing stages.
Real Estate have given an update on their new, fourth album, confirming that it’s already in its mixing stages.
The follow-up to 2014 LP ‘Atlas’ has been in the works for the past year, and last weekend the group posted an Instagram post from California, captioned “Mixing album 4 today.”
This will be Real Estate’s first album since the departure of Matt Mondanile, otherwise known as Ducktails. In a statement about their former bandmate, they confirmed their next album was “tentatively slated for early 2017.”
