Death Cab for Cutie’s Ben Gibbard Writes Score For ‘Laggies’ Film
Film stars Chloë Grace Moretz & premieres at the 2014 Sundance festival.

The 2014 Sundance Film Festival takes place from 16th-24th January, and it’s set to feature a small handful of musicians making their first big impression on the glitzy world of cinema.
First off, Ben Gibbard from Death Cab for Cutie has been given the duty of scoring the soundtrack for ‘Laggies’. The film stars Chloë Grace Moretz, Keira Knightley and Sam Rockwell, with Lynn Shelton directing.
The Beastie Boys’ Ad-Rock is also involved, writing the music for ‘No-No’, a documentary about ’60s/’70s baseball player Dock Ellis.
Meanwhile, Belle and Sebastian’s Stuart Murdoch sees his ‘God Help The Girl’ film premiering at the festival.
‘Laggies’ is premiered on 17th January, ‘No-No’ on 20th January.
