Watch: Avey Tare’s Slasher Flicks Unveil ‘Strange Colores’ Video
Avey Tare and co. preview their ‘Enter the Slasher House’ album, out in April.
Taken from the band’s ‘Enter the Slasher House’ debut, Avey Tare’s Slasher Flicks have unveiled ‘Strange Colores’; a big, booming, rhythmic beast of a song, coupled up with some swirly art-house rave visuals, uploaded to the Animal Collective Youtube channel.
Slasher Flicks is a new band belonging to Avey Tare, Angel Deradoorian (formerly of Dirty Projectors) and Ponytail’s Jeremy Hyman.
The new track links up with ‘Little Fang’, a cutesy, lovably strange anti-anthem.
‘Enter the Slasher House’ is out 7th April via Domino. Slasher Flicks are confirmed to play London’s Field Day on 7th June 2014.
