Alabama Shakes reveal new video for ‘Dunes’

The band have revealed their second video to be recorded live at Capitol Studio A.
Alabama Shakes have unveiled a new video, as shot live at Capitol Studio A, for their ‘Sound & Color’ cut ‘Dunes’.
An intoxicating offering, it’s a doozy of a track and, with a little help from some wonderful backing singers, the accompanying video manages to showcase its soulful yet heightened nature perfectly.
The live clip comes directed by Danny Clinch and follows on from the band’s last video for ‘Don’t Wanna Fight’, which was almost filmed in the Los Angeles live studio.
It also lands ahead of the band’s performance at this weekend’s Open’er Festival in Poland and follows their set at last week’s Glastonbury Festival.
The band also plan to return to the UK in November, when they play two shows at London’s Brixton Academy.
