AlunaGeorge reveal new track ‘My Blood’ feat. ZHU
The duo have returned with the third cut from their forthcoming new album ‘I Remember’.

Ahead of the release of their new album, AlunaGeorge have unveiled new track ‘My Blood’.
Featuring electronic producer ZHU, the duo’s new track is the third taste of their next effort ‘I Remember’, which is due for release later this year via Island Records.
Following on from the funky ‘I’m In Control’ and their Flume-featuring title track ‘I Remember’, the latest track is a slinky number, peppered with intriguing beats and vocal effects.
Opening up about their forthcoming second album in an interview with DIY earlier this year, the band’s Aluna Francis said: “I think we’ve set the bar higher, for sure. Both in the sounds that we’re using and the songwriting skills that we’ve come to have over time. I wouldn’t say that we’ve perfected the art of the song, but we’ve certainly gotten better than [on] ‘Body Music’.
“We’ve done a few collaborations too,” she adds, “because over the years, we’ve met so many people on the road, and it’s just nice to be able to collaborate with people in the studio; it’s kind of what it’s all about, in a way. We’ve done stuff with Flume, Diplo, and obviously we have Popcaan on the single, so that’s been really fun. It makes it all the more surprising!”
