Anteros unveil new video for ‘Drive On’

The band are aiming to highlight the impact plastic has on the environment in the new clip.

Anteros are back with a new video for their song ‘Drive On’.

In the new video, the band are aiming to highlight the impact plastic has on the environment, being inspired to write the track after reading about the Great Pacific garbage patch, an island of rubbish which is estimated to be twice the size of Texas.

The video was was co-directed by Vasilisa Forbes and frontwoman Laura Hayden herself, while choreography was done by Simon Donnellon, who’s also worked with Years & Years and Sigrid.

Speaking about the video, Laura says: “We decided to use this opportunity to shine a light on plastic pollution. The misuse of plastic in our day to day lives, most of which ends up un-recycled - sitting in landfills and floating in our oceans. No plastic went to waste for the purpose of making of this video.”

The band are set to release their debut album ‘When We Land’ via Distiller Records on 22nd March.
