Bastille share new track ‘Hangin”

Bastille have shared a new song, ‘Hangin”. Originally meant to drop last night, a “boring hitch” delayed the release of the song, which appears on the new FIFA 16 soundtrack.

Today has already been an eventful one for Bastille. After a downright bizarre covers album by an artist called Bastilleus emerged online, the band’s Dan Smith wasted no time whatsoever in claiming it was his leaked album. The internet had a meltdown. With telly chef Guy Fieri - half man, half greasy machine - on the cover, the glorious record contains a song called ‘Kidnap Dan Smith,’ along with a track mixing M83 with Smash Mouth’s ‘All Star’.

Clearly, breaking the internet via Bastilleus was not enough excitement for Bastille, who have now released new track ‘Hangin”. Listen below.
