Bearsuit ‘To Change Name’ To Fund SXSW Trip
Give ‘em loads of money and they’ll name themselves after you.
Bearsuit have revealed details of a new fundraising campaign.
The band are looking to head to this year’s South By Southwest festival in Austin, Texas and are holding online fundraising to reach their £10,000 target.
The quintet are selling off signed merchandise and goodies as well as a unique ‘name change’ opportunity. For £1,000 Bearsuit are prepared to change their name to the person donating’s name for an entire month. Kind of cool, huh?

Once in the US, the band are set to play Huw Stephens’ SXSW showcase in association with the British Embassy.
