Blur to stream live ‘The Magic Whip’ performance in full
Showcase took place last Friday, where they played to 300 fans in London.
Blur are set to stream the entirety of their 300-capacity West London gig (from 20th March), where they showcased new album ‘The Magic Whip’ in full.
Beats By Dre filmed the gig in full, and they’ll be streaming the show from 8pm GMT via their Youtube channel.
As well as playing their new album, Blur also gave an airing to ‘Trouble In The Message Centre’ (from 1994’s ‘Parklife’) for the first time in 20 years.
‘The Magic Whip’ is out 27th April - so far, Blur have unveiled opening track ‘Lonesome Street’, lead single ‘Go Out’ and album track ‘There Are Too Many Of Us’.
Blur headline London’s Hyde Park for British Summer Time on 20th June - they also headline Benicassim 2015, although Dave Rowntree recently ruled the band out of headlining Glastonbury.
