Build A Beer Boys: Elbow Launch Their Own Ale
The ale itself will be brewed to the band’s own specifications.
Elbow have unveiled their plans to launch their own brand of ale.
The drink will see its first outing at Manchester’s Food & Drink Festival this October.
The ‘Build A Rocket Boys’ drink sees the Manchester band team up with local Robinsons Of Stockport to produce a ‘very special cask ale.’
The ale itself will be brewed to the band’s own specifications, following tasting sessions and shortlisting. The settled on mixture will be a ‘golden ale with a rich rounded body, smooth bitterness, subtle tang of malt and fruity aroma,’ according to their official website.
Following its launch, the ale will be available in selected Robinsons pubs throughout September and October, with some students also able find it throughout Freshers’ Week at North Western universities, while stocks last.
