Circa Waves gear up to throw hometown Christmas party

Trees are being decorated and advent calendar chocolate is being scoffed every morning, which can mean only one thing: it’s almost Christmas! And if anyone knows how to celebrate the festive season properly, it’s those Liverpudlians in Circa Waves.

The band, who release their new single early next year, will be throwing their very own hometown Christmas party later this week. The four-piece will be taking over 24 Kitchen Street in Liverpool on Saturday 13th December, and they’ll be joined by the likes of Hooton Tennis Club and LIVES.

Tickets for the party are a right bargain too, but they come with a catch. They’re priced at £1 each, but you can only purchase two per transaction. All proceeds will go to the local charity The Basement.

The show is 18+ and will also see DJ sets from Bandwagon DJs.

“Liverpool is on the rise and what better time to celebrate than our own Christmas office party,” says the band’s Kieran Shudall, of the show, “featuring some of our favourite bands and DJ’s. Also a good opportunity to raise some money for the good people at the basement who look after a lot of homeless people in and around Liverpool.”
