Cloud Nothings head to the big beach in the sky for ‘Modern Act’ video
It’s all to do with a cursed pair of trainers. Or something.
That’s it, today’s officially got to us all - Cloud Nothings have gone fucking bonkers.
Their new ‘Modern Act’ video finds the band haunted by the ghost of trainers past, as one particularly cursed pair takes its revenge on the four of them, one by one. Then they end up on a beach together, clad in white and looking like they’re having a lovely time. It’s all very Backstreet Boys.
Look, we don’t know either. ‘Modern Act’ is still a banger though, that’s for sure. It’s taken from Cloud Nothings’ sure-to-be-equally-banging new album ‘Life Without Sound’, out 27th January via Wichita. They play the following mahoosive UK/EU tour later in 2017:

There’s the occasional roar, yet the muted way in which they’re almost hidden makes for a frustrating mismatch.
