Watch Damon Albarn releases new single ‘Royal Morning Blue’
It’s the latest track from his new solo album ‘The Nearer The Fountain, More Pure The Stream Flows’.
Ahead of the release of his new solo album ‘The Nearer The Fountain, More Pure The Stream Flows’, Damon Albarn is sharing new single ‘Royal Morning Blue’.
Directly inspired by the view from Damon’s piano looking out over the sea, watching the rain turning into snow, he says, “That’s why the song opens with ‘Rain turning into snow,’ because it’s that moment, that feeling. In all the darkness that we have experienced, that was such a beautiful, positive thing.”
