Damon Albarn To Write And Star In New Show
The show will be premiered at Manchester’s International Festival.

Damon Albarn has reportedly written a new show. And that’s not all, apparently he’s going to star in it too.
The show is centred around 19th Century astrologer John Dee, and will be named ‘Doctor Dee’.
According to the BBC, the show will be premiered at Manchester’s International Festival.
John Poot, the festival’s director said, ‘It will be a big, spectacular show, I know that Damon’s passionate about it and he’s already written some incredibly beautiful songs, some anthemic songs.’
