Deerhoof admire the Thames in new ‘Black Pitch’ video

Join the band’s Satomi Matsuzaki as she admires London’s sights from the water’s edge.

Having released their latest album late last year, Deerhoof have followed it up by unveiling the new video for their woozy cut ‘Black Pitch’.

Set against the backdrop of London’s more industrial hotspots, the band’s Satomi Matsuzaki sings along with the band’s dreamy track whilst riding down the river Thames. Complete with the wind blowing in her hair and shots of Canary Wharf and Battersea, the clip seems to match the tranquil nature of the ‘La Isla Bonita’ offering perfectly.

You can check out the clip, which was directed and shot by Gary McQuiggin, below the band’s upcoming European tour dates.
