Deerhoof announce new album ‘La Isla Bonita’, stream ‘Exit Only’
Experimentalists are at their rawest in the first take from an album that’s out this November.
Prolific experimentalists Deerhoof have announced a new album, ‘La Isla Bonita’. The lead track, ‘Exit Only’, is streaming now, and it’s very ‘Bonita’.
The record’s out 3rd November on Upset The Rhythm. The lead track sees Greg Saunier and co. refining their direction, sharpening their blades and running headfirst into god knows where with a kicking and screaming burst of noise. It’s quintessential Deerhoof, in some senses, mostly because it’s unpredictable, capable of steering off course at any second.
