Deerhoof announce ‘The Magic’ album, share two new tracks
New LP is out this June.
Prolific, fidgety group Deerhoof have announced a new album.
‘The Magic’ is released on 24th June via Polyvinyl Records. It includes ‘Debut’ and ‘Plastic Thrills’, two blink-and-you-missed-it doses of quick-thinking, experimental pop. The latter is all “woo-hoo” choruses and power chords, streaming over on NPR. ‘Debut’ is streaming below via a snazzy studio-footage video.
The album was recorded in seven days in the New Mexico desert. Scour a tracklist above ‘Debut’.
