Deerhoof Confirm Four UK Dates This June
The San Francisco band will visit our shores to perform at this year’s Yoko Ono-curated event, Meltdown 2013.
Deerhoof have announced plans for a short tour of the UK this summer.
Having last visited our shores in December 2012 to perform at ATP, as curated by The National, the San Francisco band are set to return for four live dates next month.
They’ll be performing at the Yoko Ono-curated Meltdown 2013, which takes place at the Southbank’s Queen Elizabeth Hall, before heading to Brighton, Bristol and Nottingham for three headline shows.
Their planned live dates are:
JUNE
21 Queen Elizabeth Hall, London (as part of Meltdown 2013)
22 The Haunt, Brighton
23 Fleece, Bristol
26 Bodega Social Club, Nottingham
Tickets for their headline shows go on sale this Friday (10th May), whilst you can get tickets for Meltdown from their website.
Deerhoof released their latest album ‘Breakup Song’ last September.
