Deerhoof let loose for ‘Paradise Girls’ video

Cali electro-punks release quirky new video for ‘La Isla Bonita’ track.

Dancing cow-udders drinking tea are the order of the day from influential San Francisco Electronic punks Deerhoof, all on display in the video for their new single ‘Paradise Girls’.

The video sees animated lead-singer Satomi Matsuzaki perform various dance routines with a number of other lively characters dressed as udder-shaped creatures.

Deerhoof released their latest album ‘La Isla Bonita’, from which ‘Paradise Girls’ comes, on 12th November through Polyvinyl.

The four-piece have celebrated their 20th year as a band this year, ‘La Isla Bonita’ picked up four stars on DIY, our review saying: “For anyone who’s ever wondered what sort of album a hybrid of Joan Jett and Janet Jackson would make, the answer is right here.”
