Deers air new video for ‘Trippy Gum’ track
Madrid duo consume pizza and don shades in their simple but effective new clip.
Madrid duo Deers like music videos. They used to record every single waking second of their practice sessions in case they forgot a part and had to rewind back through footage. And in their recent ‘Bamboo’ clip, they were filmed in everyday situations and stared at the camera every single time. Always with a beer in hand. That’s the way they roll.
In ‘Trippy Gum’, a newly unveiled video for another track on their head-turning ‘DEMO’ release, they’re in slightly more professional surroundings than studios, bedrooms and whatnot. But that doesn’t make their attitude any less forthcoming. They scoff pizza, don cannabis leaf shades, smoke cigarettes and do anything that looks typically, goofily cool.
Deers visit London’s Corsica Studios on 2nd September.
