DIY to host Leon Bridges, Honeyblood & more at Citadel 2015
First ever edition takes place at London’s Victoria Park this July.
We’re very excited to announce details of a DIY stage at the first ever Citadel, a new London festival taking place on Sunday 19th July at Victoria Park.
Mercury Prize nominee Nick Mulvey tops a bill for Communion in Association with DIY Presents. The ‘First Mind’ LP came out last year, following his role as a member of Portico Quartet.
He’ll be joined by Fort Worth, Texas newcomer Leon Bridges, Scottish duo Honeyblood, plus Bear’s Den, Dan Croll, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Rhodes, Tor Miller and The Walking Who.
Elsewhere at Citadel, Ben Howard and Bombay Bicycle Club play their only London shows of 2015. Kurt Vile & The Violators are coming over the the UK for the fest, while 2manydjs and James Murphy’s Despacio soundsystem will make an appearance.
