Dr. Martens’ #STANDFORSOMETHING Tour in association with DIY heads to Liverpool
We Are The Ocean and Arcane Roots will play The Shipping Forecast later today.
This evening (25th October), the Dr. Martens #STANDFORSOMETHING Tour in association with DIY will visit Liverpool with We Are The Ocean playing The Shipping Forecast alongside main support, Arcane Roots.
“I’m really looking forward to playing the show,” explains the band’s Liam Cromby. “Small intimate shows are some of my favourite to play just because it’s just you and the fans, no flashing lights or giant banners - just the music.”
We Are The Ocean will also perform an in store set at Dr. Martens ahead of their appearance, with the session kicking off at 6.30pm at the city’s Old Manesty’s Lane store.
Other bands taking part in the 2014 #STANDFORSOMETHING Tour include Los Campesinos! in Birmingham and Tonight Alive in Newcastle. There’s also a special soon-to-be-announced date in London - watch this space.
The remaining dates will call at:
NOVEMBER
22 Los Campesinos! + Johnny Foreigner: The Flapper, Birmingham
DECEMBER
05 Tonight Alive + Only Rivals: Cluny 2, Newcastle
