Drum along to Sleater-Kinney, help the needy in Oregon
The band are selling limited-edition branded Janet Weiss sticks for Oregon Food Bank.
Sleater-Kinney are just the best, aren’t they? Not only do they return with a blisteringly brilliant album, have loads of clever, important and really cool things to say (*cough* read our February 2015 cover feature over here), but they’re also good people.
The band’s latest merch stand addition is a set of special Janet Weiss drumsticks, a limited edition of 1500 (pairs, we assume) which come with a drumless version of the band’s ‘Bury Our Friends’ for you to play along with at home. What’s more - all proceeds from the sales will benefit Oregon Food Bank.
They’re available both from the band on tour, and via Sub Pop’s website, here.
