EMA Confirms ‘The Future’s Void’ Album Details
EMA’s also shared an all-seeing new video for lead track ‘Satellites’.
Feedback-enthusiast Erika M. Anderson (better known as EMA), has released the details for her new album ‘The Future’s Void’. Late last year Erika announced the album alongside a glitchy lead track ‘Satellites’, which if anything was pointing towards the harmful effects of a digital life, not the positives.
‘Satellites’ is the opening track from the new album, with a tracklist unveiled today (artwork, right). The album’s out on 7th April through City Slang (8th in the US through Matador). Erika co-produced the album with Leif Shackelford.
Previously speaking about the lead track, Erika said: ‘‘Satellites’ explores the places where everyone has equal access but is also under constant surveillance.’
Tour dates are yet to be announced. Check out the newly unveiled ‘Satellites’ video below as well as the tracklist.
