FIDLAR: ‘We Recorded The Album In Our Room’

For some bands, life’s all fancy recording studios and expensive producers, but not FIDLAR: they recorded their self-titled debut (due early next year) at home.

‘Yeah, we recorded it in our room,’ the band told DIY, during a recent chat for our Class Of 2013 series. ‘It’s a place in Highland Park that used to be a recording studio, and we just put some gear in it and recorded our album.’

The LA band will release their first full-length through Wichita Records (in the UK) on 4th February, whilst Mom + Pop Records will put it out elsewhere on 22nd January.
